About nenyo

A SPECIALIST TEAM FOR YOUR FIRE PROTECTION

   Who are we ?

Since 2018, Nenyo has been supporting industrial, logistics and tertiary stakeholders in securing their sites, both in France and internationally.
From design through to project handover, our engineering firm designs, optimizes and oversees the installation or upgrading of fire protection systems : sprinklers, hose reels, fire hydrants, water curtains, water/foam monitors, dry or wet risers, as well as tailored solutions for special risks.

Our expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including chemical and pharmaceutical industries, waste treatment centers, automotive, logistics, data centers, and commercial or office buildings such as retail spaces and car parks. We frequently operate on ICPE-classified sites (facilities regulated for environmental protection), where stringent regulatory and technical requirements demand a high level of rigor and expertise.

As project managers, we coordinate and supervise works with an approach that combines regulatory expertise, technical precision, and advanced technologies. Nenyo thus ensures reliable, durable fire safety solutions, perfectly adapted to each environment.

   Meet our specialist team.

Portrait de Pierre

Pierre Weichert - Fondateur de Nenyo

Pierre has spent 18 years working with one of France’s leading fire protection contractors, where he was responsible for the technical, economic, and scheduling management of the design office serving the Grand Est region’s branches. In close collaboration with the company’s various departments, he developed a strong team-oriented approach, driving his teams forward with rigor and high standards, while earning the trust of senior management. Working directly with the national management of the fire protection division, he oversaw the development of design offices across France, conducting technical research and methodological analyses to advance tools and practices within the sector. Driven by the desire to rethink the role of design offices, he founded Nenyo in 2018: an independent firm designed to act as an expert, agile player capable of supporting the most demanding fire protection projects. Known for his openness, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to bring people together, Pierre was selected in 2022 by Goldman Sachs to join the “10,000 Small Businesses” program in partnership with ESSEC Business School.

Portrait de Natacha

Natacha Shamalirwa - Office Manager / Project Manager

Trained as an architect with a master’s degree focused on urban planning and development, Natacha began her career working for several firms in Belgium before joining Nenyo in 2021. She initially took on a role as a drafter-designer and quickly advanced to become Office Manager. In this position, she supervises junior staff, manages the design office schedules, mentors apprentices, all while maintaining an active role in design, technical drafting, site monitoring, and client relations. Thanks to her five years of architectural studies, she has a strong command of reading and producing plans, regulatory research, and preparing technical documentation—essential skills she draws upon daily. Known for her reliability and organizational skills, Natacha has also developed a genuine managerial flair, centered on knowledge sharing, guidance, and team support.

Portrait de Sandra

Sandra Stolarczyk - BIM Lead / Project Manager

In the world of fire protection, Sandra knows all the ins and outs. After starting her career in administrative roles, she joined one of the largest installers in the sector, where she taught herself technical drawing. From assistant to drafter-designer, she became a cornerstone of the design office. A pioneer in adopting BIM, she was among the first to train on Revit, quickly mastering 3D digital modeling. After several years as a design engineer, she chose to bring her solid technical expertise and advanced modeling skills to NENYO in 2020. Now serving as BIM Lead and based in Paris, Sandra works on diverse projects nationwide. She is driven by a constant desire to master technical standards, adapt to the specifics of each site, and advance the design office’s practices.

Portrait de Arnaud

Arnaud Heinrich - 3D Scan Lead / Project Manager

With 28 years of on-site experience, including nearly six years in Spain as a formworker, Arnaud has built a deep understanding of field operations through his successive responsibilities, notably as a team leader. This career, shaped by numerous interactions with design offices, gradually sparked his growing interest in technical design. In 2019, he began a career change by completing an intensive training program as a CAD technician, before joining Nenyo a year later. He brings with him valuable operational insight, combining a sharp understanding of on-site constraints with the ability to translate them into concrete technical solutions. Since 2023, Arnaud has been Nenyo’s 3D Scan Manager, leading the use of this technology to precisely survey fire protection installations and digitize them with dedicated software tools.

Portrait de Denis

Denis Schnoering - Technical Lead / Technical Engineer

With more than 25 years of experience as a design draftsman in the fire protection sector, Denis is a true technical authority within Nenyo, which he joined in 2019. Trained in mechanical engineering, he began his career as a draftsman in this field before specializing in fire protection with several major contractors. Equipped with strong programming skills, Denis quickly developed a keen interest in digital tools, mastering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and specialized calculation programs. Today, as Technical Lead, he supports both clients and colleagues by providing precise technical and regulatory guidance. His sharp expertise, educational approach, and in-depth field knowledge make him a cornerstone of Nenyo’s design office.

Portrait de Halfdanson

Halfdanson Jean - Technical Engineer

Coming from a rich and international academic background, Halfdanson began his studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in Haiti. He also completed his first year of a Master’s in Civil Engineering there before moving to Grenoble for his second year, where he specialized in Sustainable Construction and Environment. By joining Nenyo in 2022, Halfdanson discovered the field of fire protection, which he approaches as a stimulating area of learning, particularly thanks to his passion for modeling, drafting software, and calculation tools. Today, he is involved throughout the entire study process: from reviewing input data to designing technical solutions and preparing reports. Driven by great curiosity, he has developed over time a true ability to manage projects comprehensively.

Portrait de Gauthier

Gauthier Fabacher - Junior Technical Engineer

Gauthier holds a BTS diploma in Construction Management and Economics and is currently in his third year at CESI Engineering School. In 2022, he joined Nenyo as a work-study apprentice draftsman, where he notably developed his skills in AutoCAD. It was in this environment that he discovered the field of fire protection—a sector previously unknown to him but which quickly sparked his interest. Curious and dedicated, Gauthier rapidly advanced to the position of study engineer, actively contributing to the management of technical files, analysis of applicable standards, and the design of preventive solutions tailored to projects.
