Design and management of fire protection projects
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Owner’s Assistance
Our missions.
At Nenyo, we leverage our expertise in fire protection to support your projects, providing comprehensive assistance from design to final acceptance of installations. Our technical know-how and mastery of regulatory and financial challenges ensure that project owners achieve successful project completion in full compliance.
As project managers, we coordinate all stakeholders, oversee design studies, supervise the work, and ensure everything runs smoothly until all punch list items are cleared. We can also act as owner’s representatives (AMO), assisting you in defining, planning, and implementing your projects by delivering technical, economic, and operational solutions that meet your highest standards.

Our missions include :
Preparing technical documents: specifications, CCTPs (technical specifications documents), DPGFs (detailed price schedules), schematics, plans, and 3D models
Launching and monitoring calls for tenders
Analyzing bids and advising on contractor selection
Conducting design studies (preliminary design, detailed design, execution plans)
Supervising and coordinating works (site management)
Managing final acceptance and handover of works

We operate in two main contexts: on existing sites and as part of new construction projects.
On existing sites, our mission begins with a precise technical and regulatory audit, followed by an operational risk analysis and a comprehensive survey of the existing installation. We then carry out compliance upgrade studies, particularly for thirty-year sprinkler system reviews. In-depth hydraulic and metallographic analyses are performed to ensure the performance of the renovated systems, and we define the necessary works by preparing tailored, optimized technical specifications. During construction supervision, we ensure that design phases are properly implemented.
For new projects, we start with a preliminary study of risks and needs to propose customized technical solutions. We then handle the design of plans, schematics, and digital models, as well as drafting the technical specifications (CCTP) and tender documents (DCE). Finally, we support our clients in selecting contractors during the tender process and supervise the works through to their successful completion.
Our services align with the missions defined by the French MOP law, including: preliminary design (APS), detailed design (APD), project studies (PRO), assistance with contractor procurement (ACT), works supervision (DET), and assistance with handover operations (AOR).
With Nenyo, you are assured of rigorous project management, controlled design, and implementation that meets the highest fire safety standards.
Regulations.

Assemblée Plénière des Sociétés d’Assurance Dépendantes.
The APSAD standards, developed by the CNPP (French National Center for Prevention and Protection), define technical and organizational requirements for the design, installation, and maintenance of fire safety systems. A true mark of quality, this certification recognizes companies that, through their expertise, resources, and organization, implement solutions to reduce fire risks. At Nenyo, we integrate APSAD rules into our projects to ensure installations that meet the expectations of insurers and regulatory authorities. This approach guarantees our clients reliable, high-performance solutions that comply with the highest fire safety standards.
Norme Française.
The NF EN 12845 standard is the French reference derived from European standards for the design, installation, and maintenance of fixed sprinkler fire-fighting systems. It sets out the technical and functional requirements needed to ensure the effectiveness of automatic water extinguishing systems. Primarily applied in public-access buildings (ERP) and public sector facilities, this standard is also widely used in industry, logistics, and commercial buildings subject to stringent safety requirements.

National Fire Protection Association.
The NFPA is a U.S.-based organization internationally recognized for its safety standards, particularly in fire protection. Founded in 1896, it develops codes and standards used worldwide, mainly within the private sector. In France, NFPA standards are often adopted by international groups or applied in specific cases not covered by local regulations, such as the protection of aircraft hangars (NFPA 409). Some of these standards are translated and distributed by the CNPP.
Factory Mutual.
Factory Mutual (FM Global) is a U.S. insurance company specializing in industrial risk prevention. In addition, it develops its own technical standards (FM Data Sheets), conducts scientific research, and certifies fire protection equipment through FM Approvals. Its stringent requirements are widely applied on high-criticality industrial sites, both during construction and operation.

Active fire protection systems.

Sprinkler.
A sprinkler is an automatic fire protection system that activates when it detects an abnormal rise in temperature. Thanks to its heat-sensitive element, it releases water locally to contain or extinguish an incipient fire. Known as a “gicleur” in Canada, it provides an effective and rapid solution to limit damage in the very first seconds of a fire.

Dry/Wet Riser.
Dry and wet risers are vertical pipes installed in buildings to facilitate firefighting operations. A wet riser is constantly filled with water and permanently connected to the water supply network. In contrast, a dry riser remains empty and is charged with water by firefighters in the event of a fire.

Fire hose reel.
A fire hose reel is a first-intervention device, permanently supplied with water and ready for immediate use in the event of a fire outbreak. Installed inside buildings for manual operation, it enables quick action before the arrival of emergency services. The sizing, quantity, and placement of fire hose reels are determined based on the level of risk to be covered.
